The location is excellent. The double room on the 6/F was large and comfortable. The staff were very helpful to me, allowing me to have a late checkout as I was not feeling well. This was very accommodating before my flight.

An excellent “bang for your buck” in Tokyo. Surprisingly spacious (for Tokyo). Centrally located in quaint part of Shinjuku. Easy access to the metro. Across the street from a Family Mart, a Lawsons around the corner, & dozens of quality, unique restaurants. Friendly staff. Easy, stress free checkin. Small balcony (was able to watch the Kage-matsuri Festival in May; pics attached). Hot shower. Comfy double bed. Highly recommend this little gem.

Room was a good size compared to other hotels in Tokyo area, had a little balcony which was nice! Only thing is that the entrance has some steps (not many) and its a little difficult to move bags. But caffe is very cute and location is also good!

Very convenient to the park and local subway. Pretty small room but would be ok if you just sleep there for a night.

Friendly staff, simple room, 24hr access, great location. It was a nice stay. A little tight for two people in the room we had (long and narrow), but it was what we were expecting when staying in Tokyo for this price. Good value.
