Great location for airport. Clean room. Staff wasn’t very helpful. Air conditioning was nice!

The hotel was clean, the staff especially at the restaurant and bar are amazing. Breakfast spread was something to talk about- the spread was really something never seen in other restaurants. On the down side, getting to this hotel proved to be a nightmare! Too close for the airport cabs, not easily accessible by train, and too far to walk with your luggage and suitcases. And the hotel does not have an airport drop off or pick up transportation. What happened to me- after asking all and sundry at the airport how to get to the hotel and following broken directions for about 45 minutes, I, like many others finally decided to walk 30 minutes to the hotel!! I was the luckier of the lot, since I was a transit passenger with just a laptop bag. Getting back was easier- thankfully. Cabs available easily, often waiting at the door step, drops you back at any airport terminal for nominal rates. Given a choice- I'd just avoid this if I have to go back to Frankfurt.

Was stranded at the Frankfurt airport. It was my birthday. The front desk gave us a room with a king bed and a free drink coupon. Everything was perfect.

This modern hotel within sight of the airport was a nice surprise. There is nothing of interest in the area, but you are not staying here for the sights in any case. Dinner in the restaurant is good and you get a discount for hotel guests.

Severely understaffed. Slow check in. Nobody answering the phone. Restaurant understaffed. Automatic check-in system doesn’t work and wastes a lot of time and energy.

We were not told that the room was not going to be cleaned everyday. Had to ask for clean towels. Breakfast was very good. Great location and quiet.

The hotel was centrally located and in a safe area. Front desk staff Christina and her associate (both from Greece originally) were super helpful in assisting us to rent an umbrella and get us on the correct train to Dachau! They were also very friendly! Elena in the dining room welcomed us with complimentary coffee and pastries as we had spent the better part of the day traveling from USA and were exhausted. The air conditioning was good and the bed comfy! Enjoyed delicious dinner in the dining room with attentive wait staff who recommended exceptional beer choices. Only hiccup was lack of shuttle service to the airport instead of having to rely on unhelpful bus number S512!
