Perfect location, great customer service!! Friendly staff.

The hotel was in a great location. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our 7 night stay. Small problem with bathroom door which they fixed immediately, I mean immediately the maintenance came up in the lift with us and had it fixed in 5 minutes. The only negative was that throughout the stay the coffee shop at reception area was closed.

Great experience. Great value. Highly recommend this place for tourists wanting a quiet place, with access to major attractions in the Myeondong, Insadong and Itaewon areas. Another plus is Changgyecheon stream is literally outside the entrance, which is a perfect evening spot to relax.

The hotel location was perfect! It is between two train lines (Line 1-Blue & 2-Green) and one of them with a connection to another line (Line 3- Orange) so at the end, you have access to three train lines, which is very convenient just walking 5 mins away each to each station. You can reach the hotel from Incheon airport by train! At night, many restaurants walking distance with many options. Almost in front, there is an Starbucks. The staff were super nice and very kind. Room service very good as well (clean). I will be back to the Venue G hotel if I need to go back to Seoul.

Overall the hotel is very good, location is great, friendly staff, etc.

Decent location, smaller than expected, clean, friendly staff

First off, the location of the hotel is great and extremely convenient, which I really liked. There are many attractions that are within walking distance, and if not walkable, there are subway stations and bus stops nearby. In terms of staff, most of the staff that I have interacted with were nice and helpful, with the exception of one. I had made a request to this one particular staff but he refused to help and didn't offer any alternatives. What I didn't like about this hotel was the cleanliness. The lobby appeared really nice and clean so I am not sure if it was just the room that I had stayed in, but it was not clean at all. The blankets, pillow cases, and bed sheets were all stained. The towel bar/rack in the bathroom was full of dust and even the sink wasn't really clean. I had requested multiple times from front desk for housekeeping to do a full clean of the room and for clean and unstained blankets, but I never got a full clean of the room (as the towel bar/rack was still dusty) and the bed linens were still stained.

The property is clean, staff are accommodating and great location. However the hotel is a bit old with no amenities. But overall, it’s a great place to stay.
