We stayed here after a connecting flight was cancelled and rebooked to the following day. The shuttle comes every 15 min so it was easy to get to and from Ohare. Room was clean. And staff was so kind! Just what we needed after a crazy day of traveling. No complaints!

The door to the restroom kept getting jammed and wouldn’t close properly. Our room also had no WiFi… the staff couldn’t figure out why it wasn’t working.

Upsetting that I was given a room that I had to haul all of my luggage up 16 steep stairs. No other room options. I had reserved a room months in advance. The front desk lady said a few stairs, which I found odd being that there is an elevator. Beware…the top floor is by stairs only! Front desk lady was very cold and almost robotic. Not at all friendly. The bed was extra firm. I was told all their beds are the same.

The hotel was under construction which I would have know I would not have stayed there the site said breakfast the price was 27 to pricey I ask for a suite an got a room with a couch place in there for
