Has everything you need if you forget something, so convenient from the train station! The train station nearby isn’t overwhelming. Staff was very kind.

Clean, comfortable bed and ample room for a few luggage. Bathroom has shower and bathtub. Quiet. Free breakfast included at Royal Host next door. Just a few minutes walk to Shinagawa Station and close to a 7-11.

Other reviews mentioned how great it was to be so close to the train station, but I didn’t find it enjoyable. Very noisy and high street traffic— walking and cars. Lots of construction in the area. Front desk was kind, but we didn’t always understand each other. Love the amenities. Room was clean. Shower was clean, but I was unsure how to use it. There was no a/c- the fan doesn’t blow, just moves air in the room. We don’t suffer, just wanted it a little cooler, since windows were shut.

We were deceived by your advertisement. The room was so small, narrow. It was difficult to move around Hardly no space to keep our luggages, It was extremely uncomfortable,
