Great location but as I was there for a week, they didn't change the towels or the sheets. They also didn't wash any dirty plates or glasses. A bit disappointing.

Stay was terrible. No pillow, body wash and towels. Neighbour’s People were really loud and yelling because they were on government homeless support.

Room was clean and spacious; hotel is in a good location. Biggest problem is, the hotel is used by charities to house homeless people on a temporary basis so it can be somewhat noisy overnight. Can walk to supermarket, 200 metres, and the Dandenong market with fresh foods and clothes etc. Check in staff were fast and helpful.

Not so comfort afterall. Room dirty, noisy tenants or outsiders loitering and drinking at car park. Worst of all, staff force you to pay deposit without notice knowingly you cant get a refund. Have to spend 30 min at reception to sort out stupidly unannounced clause at last minutes should be banned ffrom hotel.com for goodo sort out unclear
