Excellent location! This hotel is central to all the attractions. Breakfast was included which is a bonus. Excellent service too.

This was a good hotel and a great location. If you have large luggage it is difficult as there are so many confusing stairways that you must go up or down to reach your floor. Up three here to go down five there. But, the location makes it worth it. It is near the bus line and the best part is it is near a Tesco so you can easily get food for a reduced price. We saved a lot by eating our meals there. The breakfast at the hotel was good, many choices.

Rooms reminded me of a college dorm. Desk and lamp. No dresser. Hallway carpeting needs replacement. There are stairs from street to lobby difficult to manage with luggage. Breakfast was included and had fair choices.

The hotel was in a great location, the staff are excellent, breakfast was amazing, but the hotel is just OK. The rooms are large but sparse, lighting is poor, room faced a brick wall and you either froze with the air conditioning or baked without it. Rooms are expensive in Edinburgh, but I think I’d pay more and upgrade next time.
