Best experience! Clean room, comfortable bed and comforter, amazing breakfast buffet, the ocean view from the balcony, friendly staff, walking distance to a lot of restaurants... Everything was beyond our expectation. If I visit Negombo area again, this is definitely the place I would stay.

We only had a quick stop here the night we arrived after a long travel day but it was lovely. The hotel is great with an amazing pool area and right on the beach. It’s a short walk into the town for local restaurants but far away enough that it’s still nice and quiet. Be careful what time of year you’re going if you’re planning on staying for longer than we did as the time of year we went (July) swimming in the sea was not allowed due to the weather so be mindful of that.

Location was great with a lot of local shops and eating options. Nice to walk along the beach. Great sea views, lovely pool. Didn't use the gym or eat at the restaurant. Cocktail bar was lovely with sunset views. Very quiet at this time of the year but excellent staff and great value. Breakfast was expensive so we ate elsewhere. Rooms were well appointed with everything we needed. Balcony was lovely.

The staff were so attentive and the location is great. All rooms face the ocean and have a lovely balcony. Highly recommend.

Perfect property for a beachfront stay. It is on a busy road but inside the property feels very tranquil. The staff is very friendly and the view from the lobby and room are splendid. Property grounds are well maintained with one decently big pool and attached bar. Great place to just relax on the beach for a few days.
