Overall my stay at the Luxor was poor. The hotel staff was less than helpful. The check-in process was half automated with random staffers walking around assisting if needed, the problem is, they didn’t want to assist. I requested daily room cleaning and NEVER saw the housekeeping staff. I was on the way to the pool when I found a member of housekeeping the third day I was staying with the property and grabbed towels. The property is old and dusty. Literally dust was everywhere! In my room, the hallway, food hall, on the ceilings and in the elevators. On top of all this, there were the most annoyingly aggressive timeshare sales reps in all the lobby and casino entry areas begging to “give” free items. I wouldn’t stay again.
