My friends and I stayed for the night and we were really impressed with the hotel, the reception staff were helpful. We had a drink at the bar, the staff were slow and had to repeat our order, few times

Overall excellent but we specifically booked the hotel as it advertised an off site car park which we were told was closed by the time we arrived. A bit disappointed that the staff weren’t able to help with some ideas where we could park. Everything else great - really smart, clean and quiet hotel.

I choose this hotel every year because of the lock view rooms and proximity to everything that makes Camden so special. Sadly this is the second time I have been in the last 26 months and the refurbishment / building works are still being done which is so noisy. I will certainly be back again but will double check that the works are completed before I stay. The reception staff are lovely allowing a early check in and late check out and happy to store bags.

The hotel was really convenient to Camden market and the tube. Our room was clean, spacious and deliciously cool. Very comfortable during this heat wave. All the staff were friendly, welcoming and polite.
