I stayed two days.The wall shower holder had been broken. The manager said they will fix it. At night I checked, they said tomorrow. I checked with them again, they again said tomorrow, my last day. I was waiting for the repair to take a proper shower. But the manager entered my room at 12:00 and took my stuff out of the room and cut the electricity.. I checked out, but he ignored my question and complaint about the shower. Very ignorant staff. I would never use this property and will not recommend to anyone.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Location was very close to Walking Street. I enjoyed my stay. I would stay again at the Red Balcony Hotel.
