Hotel is about 5mins walk from Nikko Tobu Station. Room size is quite big comparing to Tokyo. Daily Bathrobe, towels is provided. The amenities - Shampoo, Conditioner, Body Wash are nice to use too. Staff is friendly and approachable.
The hotspring is superb to unwind after an entire day of walking and out exploring the town. If you are driving, there's a parking space right beside the hotel, remember to inform hotel so that you fan get some discount on the parking rate.
Recommend to stay here if you are visiting Nikko.

Room was clean and tidy with lots available for travellers. Tooth brushes razors and such. Robes and towels in the room.
The staff was always very helpful and curtious, more than willing to go out of their way to accommodate within reason.
Although booking through Expedia gave me a good rate on the room, breakfast was an additional 2500 yen per morning of use. That being said the breakfast was very good and worth the amount and then some.

Nikko Station Hotel is a great choice for a comfortable stay in a convenient location. The hotel is clean, and the onsen—featuring a partially outdoor bath—is especially relaxing. The staff are friendly and welcoming, adding to the overall positive experience. It’s located right in front of JR Nikko Station and just a few minutes’ walk from Tobu Nikko Station, making it very easy to get around. The lounge offers nice extras like free newspapers and a beverage machine with green tea, coffee, oolong tea, and water. Overall, a pleasant and well-located stay.

Hotel had everything and was conveniently located 50 steps from bus stop you need to see everything around the area. Really like their locker system for leaving luggage after check out without having to worry about front desk being available after returning from sight seeing. Staff super friendly and nice.

The room was spacious. Bed comfortable. Room was a bit hot for our liking though. Location was great, walking distance to train station - maybe a 5 minute walk.

Excellent location to base on day trips to Nikko area including okunikko. Especially convenient to store the luggage for the day and come back quickly to catch trains. Room and facilities are not renewed and may appear older and is clean.
