River Hotel

The stuff was very disrespectful and rude to their customer. I witness 4 issues while dealing the room the gave me and what promised. Pedro was the worst. He showed an anger that looked more like he wanted to punch you. Jack was more credibly but very rude with another customer. They both accepted and told me “ that’s the hotel you booked and should not believe everything we say/advertise. Pedro even told me when you look at something online do you believe everything you see????” The queen bed was more like full one and king bed was two full beds connected with the zipper. And the two twin beds where in rooms that smells horrible . The view to the Main Street for extra cost was nothing but two little windows. Absolutely disappointed. The hotel looked more like a motel rather than a hotel. Even one star rating is too much. Not to mention you had to wait 20kin for the elevators to come. Never mind one of them was completely out of order. I was completely disappointed and their service. Pedro should not be somone to serve customer. He was absolutely rude.

Staff was so upbeat, felt like a boutique hotel feel. However, the view of the river from room 2403 was nice.

Great hotel and price wasn’t too expensive in my opinion for the location and what’s around it. I slept comfortably, got great use of the amenities, and the staff were super friendly, helpful, and great! The only major concern I had was the ceiling in my bathroom leaking in rain water on Tuesday’s storm but they were fast to resolve it and get my room switched without any issues! Loved that they had an accessible laundromat to the public because I got soaked and needed my clothes dried. Would definitely reconsider staying at River Hotel again but in general would recommend to the public. Easy to check-in and to check-out given the kiosk that’s available.

Easy to check in & out. Friendly staff.

Very clean and the views were great! I’m definitely going to be back.
