The best thing about this hotel was the staff. I have never met staff as helpful or accommodating. I do not have enough good things to say about them.

Stayed because next to the ESHG2026 conference centre. Great location. Staff was very helpful. I will stay again. I recommended it without doubts.

There is some renovation work taking place on the ground floor, but this didn't detract from my stay and I couldn't hear any noise. Room was very comfortable and well equipped.

The hotel staff are very friendly but I was disappointed in the cleanliness of the room I slept in. Was disappointed as it looked very shabby and cheap which I didn’t expect. I have been in better hotels before with the same status. My room was not once cleaned whilst I was there which was odd. We had dirty towel when we first came into the room which didn’t set the scene of cleanliness. No top up of tea or coffee which is the norm in hotel rooms. Breakfast was lovely and was plenty of it. All in all, its was ok.

The parking space outside the hotel was extremely expensive.

The breakfast was amazing! The gym, sauna, hot tub were all great. They provided early check in which I appreciate and the staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. This may have just been a one off but the room bathroom counter had not been cleaned. There was still hair shaving from the previous occupant. Overall great experience.

Stayed here as was attending the EAiE conference . Checked in late and next day. No house keeping was done on my room. When I asked why I was told I had to ask for it the day before . I then asked for it and room was cleaned but no towels provided .Again I asked for these but never provided. Quite disappointed for the rate paid . Good location though
