Very good location, very spacious rooms and cleaned, the staff was very friendly. The breakfast food was too repetitive and not a lot of fresh fruits.

only stayed there 1 night as my family had booked another place for 6 nights for me and I was arriving early, very nice hotel,very clean and situated quite well too very nice helpful staff. I did not check the whole place out as there 8 hours

The hotel stay was fantastic and reasonably priced. Staff were friendly and attentive. The sea view pool was great (especially the pool guy..funny and prideful of his work). The breakfast was delicious. The only thing that needs to be upgraded are the pillows but still ok. Book it and go!

A fantastic location, excellent pool, wonderful breakfast buffet. We loved it there. It's about 15 minutes walk to the town centre and whale watching boats etc. Perfect. My only criticisms - which do not reduce the star rating - 1) that the pillows were a bit flat and lumpy and could do with being replaced. And 2) the names of the two sister hotels: Hotel Quinta de Penha da Franca and Hotel Penha de Franca Mar lead to repeated confusion with taxi drivers and excursion pickups etc - maybe the management could consider making the names more distinct from each other!

We had two rooms booked, one room AC wasn't working. Hotel was fill so they couldn't move us to another room as well. When we mentioned the issue during check out; no apology or the counter guy didn't take it that serious.

Clean, but not especially well cared for. AC didn't work, so they put us in a different room and it didn't work there either. Breakfast was very good, lots of options.
