Fine stay. Unfortunately we thought the beds were uncomfortable and the hot springs could be a hotter. The food was a little lack luster—it seems like they’re trying to do too much.

Our stay at Hotel Arenal Manoa & Hot Springs Resort was wonderful from start to finish. The property is beautiful, with breathtaking views of Arenal Volcano and incredibly well-maintained, lush landscaping that creates a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The staff was exceptionally courteous, friendly, and welcoming throughout our stay. We were celebrating a birthday, and after mentioning it before our arrival, they went above and beyond by beautifully decorating our room. It was such a thoughtful surprise that made the celebration even more special. I honestly don't have anything negative to say about our experience. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we would gladly stay here again. If you're looking for a relaxing getaway with outstanding service, and beautiful surroundings, I highly recommend Hotel Arenal Manoa & Hot Springs Resort.

This hotel is stunning!!! The spa has the most tranquil set up. The views, rooms, hot springs and parking accessibility were amazing. My rental car got a flat tire. The staff changed my tire, realized the other tire and saved the day before we drove to Manuel Antonio!

This property was beautiful! Staff was helpful and the check in was seamless. Breakfast was should not be missed and was huge. Food was great and a huge variety of food and the staff was so helpful. The hot springs were perfect for lounging, and the pool area was well maintained. Dinner at the restaurant was fantastic. Happy hour at the pool bar was confusing and seemed to be overpriced despite the "deal". We went during the rainy season and still had a great time! Don't miss the white water rafting and hanging bridges close to the resort.
