Their breakfast would be considered lunch where I'm from. Rice, hamburger steak, noodles, salad - all cooked well and super tasty. I opted for McDonald's on 2 of the days there and had pancakes. I didn't do laundry. The staff, willing to help.

APA is always reliable and this branch was no exception.

Compared to other APA Hotels is Tokyo this one is over priced and not even as good as others (no Spa or other amenities on site). Breakfast (in a different location) was definitely not worth the price. Very nice and friendly staff though.

The hotel rooms are small, which wasn’t a surprise, but they westerners need to realize how small they actually are. So be prepared. Overall the hotel is okay, decent decor and facilities. I’ve stayed at a few hotels in the area and I have to say this APA doesn’t rate compared to other options. The one gripe I have is the washrooms. It has the constant smell of old towels, which in turn will make your “new” towels smell after showering and leaving them in the washroom all day. FYI towel service is not mandatory at this hotel, you have to ask for it. Overall I understand for some solo travelers they want a no frills cheap option, and can maybe look past some of the minor things that aren’t great. But if you are looking for something comfortable and a little more modern and updates, I’d look at other options in the area. Won’t be staying here again when I come back next time. Staff were great, but we’re pretty non existent through my stay.

Great location and services. There are three APA hotels on the same street, so check your reservation and match it with the result of google maps to make sure you don’t enter the wrong one. This APA does not offer buffet breakfast, so in case you want to have a buffet breakfast, you’ll need to walk for about one minute, and have it in the APA nearby.
