Staff was great, thank you so much! Jaylen the maintenance guy was awesome, he brought us a new fridge in, because ours was broken, and he was so professional, sweet and such a hard worker. Keep up the great work!

The stay was...OK my Toilet was running and would not stop. Then the AC was not working so the room was very warm. The front desk said they sent someone in to fix the AC while we were out, but it still did not work. Check out was the worst part. I prepaid for the stay through Expedia $527.41 then I was billed $395.27 and then another $420.75 using the card I put on file for incidentals for a stay I had already paid for. When I contacted the manager at the hotel, she was very rude and just said that the charges should fall off by Wednesday. This was Saturday for I have $816.00 tied up for 5 days that I should have never even been charged for and the manager can't even be bothered or pretend like she cares. This has caused me to cancel my IHG account.

Excellent place to stay in the keys great pools Eesi location around everything else. And Tiki bar.

This is our second stay at this very good hotel and I was delighted to see that it had been updated since our last stay. The rooms are very clean, with large comfortable beds and the two pools are excellent. Located by the marina, it is a fantastic base for getting around and very close to the wonderful John Pennekamp State Park. Next time I'm in Key Largo, I'll be staying here again.
