We had a ton of bugs in our room. The bathroom smelled like urine the pool didn’t look clean and had wires sticking out. Cushions were all ripped. Used towels left around the pool. And they advised breakfast which they no longer have. For that price it was very disappointing.

Property is clean and quiet. Front desk help was great with recommendations. Inn is about a 7-10 minute drive from Uptown Sedona and Tlaquepaque Arts & Shopping Village. Would definitely stay here in the future.

Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Rooms and property were very clean and the hotel is situated in a convenient part of Sedona.

Not really the fault of the property but I would have given 5 stars if it weren’t for the inconsiderate people next to me letting their kids bang stuff off the wall while they were out on the common patio drinking beer(and left all empty can for someone else to clean up).
