Staff were OK but the room service was pretty bad. even on the request first day was OK second day they didn’t-clean the room third day they clean halfway didn’t get the trash out of the bathroom Wi-Fi was on and off.

It was an ok experience having stayed only one night. Some of the outlet plugs did not seem to work for charging power packs. It was difficult to drag our suitcases through the rugs.

நண்பர்களுடன் தங்கியது

Friendly staff. Since I booked through Expedia, they allowed room upgrade with no extra charge, checked in early at noontime when we arrived instead of 3 PM, Lounge access, discounted dining. They also issued 2 free train tickets to go to downtown which save us money from using taxi.
