La propiedad dista mucho de las 4 estrellas con las que se anuncia. Cuartos sucios, con olor fuerte a cigarro (aunque es un hotel de No-Fumar), las camas individuales en la habitación cuádruple son sumamente incómodas (en realidad no son camas), el metro pasa abajo del hotel así que se siente la vibración y el ruido cada que pasa. Lo único rescatable del hotel es la amabilidad del personal y la ubicación. Me quedé en el hotel en mi última noche, después de un viaje en familia por Francia, Italia y España, y es la cuarta vez que visito Paris, así que tengo varios puntos de referencia como para valorar que este hotel no cumple con la calidad con la que se anuncia.

Amazing stay around the corner from the Eiffel Tower. Central location close to many restaurants and shops. Breakfast was delicious and seemed like the only place around that served breakfast. Room was immaculate with a very modern toilet. Front desk was super hepful and spoke perfect English. Would definitely stay again when I get the chance to visit Paris again.

Great location, clean, has air conditioning, and every staff member was kind and very accommodating! I booked twice to stay extra days and they made sure I stayed in the same room so I didn’t have to pack up each time. I truly appreciated this! I highly recommend staying here.

Great location, walking distance to the Eiffel Tower. AC was great! Nice and cold. I thought the rooms could have been a bit cleaner (found crumbs on top of the bed and floor) but otherwise it was a nice room. Small but that’s expected in most major cities. Staff was lovely!

We were so impressed with the warm welcome we received the moment we walked into the lobby. We were greeted by a kind gentleman who made us feel at home and each time we came or went he was there to wish us a good day and welcome us back. The service was excellent!

Location is less than one minute walk from Metro which is lovely. Other side is you will feel and hear metro inside your room. Not terrible but it is a little noticeable. The room was clean, breakfast is extra charge, air conditioning does not turn off when you remove key which is lovely. Bed was amazing. Over all a solid choice as long as you’re okay with metro. Excellent staff.
