We were there for one night. Staff was so friendly. Place is beautiful, grounds was so pretty. Johann was so helpful. We will come back.

It was a nice area and nice resort. We were there briefly but it accommodated us well. The customer service in the front was very kind.

First time staying at this hotel, the check in was a little troubling because the lady in the front desk was no help she was not respecting the room I had booked and she was going to make me wait longer for that other room but this older lady and the front desk guy were a huge help so they did get me the room I had booked... But other than that my family and I loved the hotel, rooms, kitchen, and bathrooms were very clean, staff were very nice and helpful, maintenance we're great.. my niece and nephew loved the pool... everything was up to my expectations!

We rented for 4 days We had 2 bathrooms One didnt work and we couldn’t flush, therefore the smell was horrendous Dishwasher didn’t work No room service which wasn’t never disclosed until we arrived

Booked 2 rooms each with 1 King and 2 twins; upon check in only had rooms with 1 king and 1 queen. Told sold out for that night and extra persons could sleep on couches. Was able to get corrected the next day thanks to very helpful front desk women. Pools and hot tubs were great but did shut down one afternoon due to weather. Problem was they did not reopen pools or hot tubs till later morning next day even though there were no storms all evening or that morning. There was construction in one of complexes and they sealed and painted half parking areas for last 2 days of our stay, so caused some parking issues. We have stayed there several times and this is first time having issues and frustrations. Rooms were clean, friendly staff, convenient location.
