One of the worst experiences i have had in a 5 star hotel. The staff was completely unhelpfull. Everything we asked for was refused. The only perk we received we had to negotiate for hours to convert a no into yes. Me and my girlfriend are both gold with bonvoy and we received none of our perks. Not yo mention that we had the whole afternoon drilling machines making tremendous amount or noise and the hotel was not even apologetic about it. We heard it will not be going on tonight, which feels like a very unhelpful comment for a st regis hotel. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

Very well maintained beautiful property. You will certainly enjoy your stay here. Food is great, beach access is perfect, service and staff is true top tier. Can’t go wrong with staying here. The St Regis brand in general is always nice but this one is exceptional.

Amazing hotel, beautiful Sandy beach both ocean and pool view! All staff throughout polite and courteous to help with anything particularly as we arrived just as war on Iran had started with UAE being targeted it was terrifying but the team were a beacon of calm and reassuring presence. In particular Brandon at guest services/front desk was incredibly welcoming and helped us throughout our stay.

Check-in was extremely slow. We waited over 10 minutes and no one approached us, even though one front-desk station was available. The butler service was disappointing. Nearly every request resulted in no action or an excessive delay. We asked a butler in person to remind the guests next door not to sing from their balcony, but nothing changed. We also called for an extra duvet and waited three hours—by then it was already 10:00 pm. The hotel is in poor condition. It feels run-down, with many things falling apart. The AC in our room could not be turned off. Most of the wall buttons did not work, and we had to do almost everything manually. The beach was very small, and much of the property felt like wasted space. Overall, this was a waste of money. I would avoid this hotel.
