Rooms we're perfect and very clean and smart. Pool areas we're good. Only thing that let's this property down is the staff, it is very hit and miss, some staff we're unbelievable and others we're rude. We rented 2 bikes and they both broke then we tried to use an adverstised Hotels.com bar discount and they took it really funny and tried to do anything not to give it us

This was perfect for our stay on Gili T! It’s a bit farther from the more clubby spots, so there’s a little more peace and quiet while still having plenty of dining and activity options (like snorkeling equipment and bike rentals) super close by. There is also an ATM and medical place right next door. We saw SO MANY turtles and had a great time lounging by the beach. Special shoutout to Regy for keeping us fed and hydrated on our all-day beach lounging day! :) We also used the laundry service and our clothes came back on time, smelling lovely, and crisply folded!

We loved our stay at Jambuluwuk, it was a great location next to the beach and ideal for sundown.

This hotel is wonderful. You can snorkel with turtles straight from the beach, there is a lot of coral so you will need beach shoes. There are plenty of sun loungers, bean bags and cabanas. It is approx 10 minute cycle from the port and it’s possible to rent bicycles directly from the hotel. The family room was a good size, very clean and beds really comfortable. The breakfast was lovely and plentiful. Greta variety including a fresh egg station. Small play area for the children. We had a great time and wouldn’t hesitate to come back

Lovely location up the north of the island where we could swim with turtles right on the beach right outside the hotel. Whilst our room was lovely overall hotel maintenance needs attention. I would also say the initial welcome and reception area could be better, definitely not a 5 star, more like 3 star. Despite this we enjoyed our stay and the breakfast was good.

Beautiful resort with very kind people and a great beach access! This was our favourite place we stayed :) The rooms are clean and the morning breakfast was very tasty!
