This stay fell below expectations. Reception was poor. Apart from Abdu and Sourav who were professional and helpful, most staff appeared disengaged, avoided eye contact, and did not offer any sense of welcome. The room size was average but noises were a major issue. Other guests conversations and doors banging, made it difficult to rest. Breakfast selection was limited, with no fresh juices or fresh pastry options. The so-called “fitness studio” is tiny and far from what one would expect at this level. Overall, this property feels closer to a two-star experience. Significant improvements in service attitude and facilities are needed.

The overall rating is given "terrible" on account of false booking information on Expedia and not due to hotel facilities. When I made this booking, it was shown that breakfast is included in the booking but while making check-in at the hotel, hotel staff is asking to provide details in this regard. I am once again re-iterating that Expedia portal showed that breakfast is included in the booking. Even while checking this hotel on Expedia App, every room option is available with breakfast by default and cost of breakfast is shown as "0" (Zero). Several emails were also sent to grievance officer of Expedia but no response received. In view of above, it is requested to refund expenses made by me on breakfast.

The whole floor was stinking of cigarettes. They gave us the floor even though we had baby with us. It happened for both days of my stay. Even the rooms were not sound proof. I could hear the television from the adjacent room late night. Baby had trouble sleeping because of this. I will not suggest or plan my stay in this hotel again.
