Mantra is the scum of society. They take your money (card hold) they lie to you and tell you it will be released within 24 hours but really you'll be fighting with them a week later to get your card hold released. Absolutely absurd. I will never stay at any Mantra ever again. The brand damage from this experience of being lied to is unforgettable. Scared for life. I HATE the Mantra!!!!!

Great location and great room. Roomy enough in the 1 bedroom apartment. Bed was comfy. Good views and easy to walk for meals.

Toilet was dirty on arrival- staff quickly rectified and gave us a bottle of wine to apologise which was lovely. The only other problem we had is the blind in the bedroom lets in too much light and let to restless nights. Suggest a heavier blind for bedroom. Otherwise facilities and services were very pleasant

Beware what room they try and put you in,first was a disability room which was not nice at all, after complaining we were moved to another standard room which they tried to say was an upgrade.

TV was not up to standard for this price bracket, a 32-inch non-smart TV is not appropriate. Otherwise, room and view were very good.
