Given it is on a busy high street I slept straight through. Loads of shops around. Room was comfortable for my needs though a tad tired and in need of an update. Apart from that, all good.

I only appreciated the staffs' responsiveness before I checked in and the moment when I arrived to check in. My room's window is broken. Room is dusty and dark. Two wall electrical sockets cannot be used because there are something inside the sockets holes. My room is on second floor. I needed to walk up and down on a worn-carpet staircase. In the morning, it was fine. However, the stairs environment was very dark. In a nutshell, I have no idea how this property got 7.4 rating.

I received a call to confirm the check in. It's conveniently placed on the main road, close to bus stops and shops. Off street parking available, free after 5pm. The room was very clean and warmed for us, with basic toiletries provided. The receptionist was very friendly and professional, provided the necessary information and offered further assistance. I'd highly recommend.

Booked last minute service was good and prompt as arrived late. The was small but livable. The room smelt of sewage. In the bathroom they had painted over the mould. It was unclean with evidence of cockroaches. The room was facing London Rd in Norbury not Streatham as it says on the advert and was very noisy. The blinds filtered no light. The fan was old and essentially useless. I left to go stay in my car
