Very tasty and quality breakfast. I missed the room's balcony.

L’hôtel est situé entre la Gare Centrale et le centre historique ce qui facilite les déplacements. De plus, l’hôtel vous remet une passe pour prendre les transports en commun gratuitement. L’accueil pourrait être plus chaleureux et il serait agréable de donner certaines informations que nous avons dû demander par exemple, où se situe l’arrêt d’autobus la plus proche, nous offrir une carte de la ville , nous indiquer qu’il y a endroit pour se faire un café ou un thé. La chambre confort est vraiment très petite, il n’y avait pas de mini frigo , ni machine à café. L’endroit est propre et bien entretenu.

This is a nice hotel nearby to a brewery, about 20 minutes walk to the main old town area and the river. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance, loved the courtyard area at the back and the fact that a coffee machine was available on the bottom level of the hotel. Room was clean although a little small, but still OK and the air conditioning was great. We found the staff a little impersonal and abrupt at the hotel and they seemed frustrated when we asked for help with the coffee machine and even lectured me when I lost one of my room keys (which I know are mag stripe keys that cost about twenty cents Canadian to replace.) Not having a mini-fridge in the room was an inconvenience too. Adding this in would make a big difference vs. making people store things in the communal fridge on the bottom floor and hoping no one takes it! I would stay here again but think there are things they could do to improve.

We liked the location because we could walk to the old city of Salzburg. The hotel was nice and the beds were super comfortable. I would recommend this hotel.

Clean room and great location with super helpful staff!

Beautiful place with a lovely inner garden area, and in a nice part of town that is accessible to sights and restaurants! Also at a very reasonable rate!

The property was very quiet in a location about 10-15 minutes outside the center. The room was in good condition.

Very nice modern room, stayed for 3 nights and room was cleaned daily. There is a room safe and the bed came with 2 x single duvets. Tea and coffee was available in the lounge downstairs but there is no obvious bin or spoons for stirring the sugar or squeezing the T bag if that is your wish. However when we asked the gentleman on reception he was very accommodating and found some for us. We did I not have breakfast as there were several shops that sold pastries that we wanted, within a 10 minute walk.
