Really enjoyed our stay! There was a great restaurant and bar attached to the hotel. The room was very clean and had updated features. We also took advantage of a shuttle that took us to the airport at a cost. We’d definitely stay there again.

Very nice hotel with comfortable, clean rooms and an amazing breakfast (extra fee but worth it). Only negative was that they are now fining shuttle/taxi drivers if they try to take you to the front door. It makes no sense. You should be able to be dropped off in front of the hotel in which you are staying. Instead we had to walk over from Terminal 4. Not sure what prompted this change but you really should find a better solution.

Good buffet breakfast. Helpful staff. Great location next to Heathrow. Room was ok (some minor repairs/upkeep needed; masking scent covering up what smelled like cigarette smoke or carpeting that needed a deep clean)

Excellent hotel, room and location, reachable on foot from terminal 4 and super quiet, even if on a busy road we couldn’t hear anything. Only thing is that the receptionist didn’t inform us that if breakfast is prepaid at the desk is £15, if not it’s £19.99.

We always stay at this hotel when using Terminal 4. It is very convenient and the staff are wonderful.

I’ll stay at this particular crown Plaza. The room was exceptional. It was clean. The air conditioning was cold. The staff could’ve been a little more helpful. They didn’t seem to know the area well. The young lady behind the snack bar could’ve been nicer. Overall, this day was great, but the service lacked professional employees.

The main reason for marking this down was I didn’t get to stay in the Crown Plaza. I arrived at about 8pm and was told my room wasn’t ready but they could put me up in the Express Holiday Inn instead. Insisting this was the best option, they provided 2 drinks vouchers (however I didn’t really want to drink that evening), but accepted and used. I expect the price difference between the two hotels is more than this but as I was travelling on my own and only there for one night I accepted this to simplify things. The Holiday Inn was fine otherwise.

Device for room key to turn on bathroom lights etc fell off wall so no lighting. Looked like not the first time. I got in very late so couldn’t call. Fortunately I travel with a night light. Has to shower etc in dark. I reported it to front desk when I left. Highly inconvenient to say the least!
