We had a wonderful stay at the Grand Hyatt! The hotel was beautiful, clean, and in a great location. The staff was friendly, the rooms were comfortable, and everything was well maintained. We especially enjoyed the pool and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

It’s very well located with access to the River Walk. Lots of bars and restaurants and shops in the area. Walking distance to the Alamodome where we saw a concert of AC/DC.

We had a great stay! We were only here for one night, but lucked into a high corner room with an incredible view of the Tower of the Americas. It was a beautiful surprise and made our stay even more enjoyable. The hotel was very busy with guests checking in for a major concert, so parking was a little chaotic for a while. Once we got through that, though, everything went smoothly. The staff was friendly, professional, and welcoming. Check-out was quick and easy, and they happily accommodated our late check-out request with a smile, which we really appreciated. Our only complaint was the room temperature. We had the thermostat set as low as it would go. The A/C would cycle on and cool the room while it was running, but it never seemed to maintain that temperature once it shut off. We ended up waking up overheated several times during the night. It wasn't enough to ruin our stay, but it's something worth mentioning. Overall, we had a very positive experience. The outstanding view, excellent customer service, and easy check-in/check-out made for a pleasant stay. We'd definitely choose this hotel again and hope the A/C issue was just unique to our room.
