I booked a "Classic Room" at this property through Expedia, which explicitly stated the room came with a King bed. Upon arrival, I was assigned a Queen bed. When I brought this discrepancy to the front desk, the reception staff completely dismissed my issue. Instead of taking accountability or trying to help, they blamed Expedia, stating that Expedia "lied" and that a Classic Room is simply "whatever is available" with no bed guarantee. I even showed the receptionist my booking confirmation proving the error was not on my end, but they remained entirely indifferent. To make matters worse, the hotel had open rooms available to remedy the situation, but they chose to do nothing. As a result, I slept terribly throughout my stay. For a hotel that markets itself as a premium luxury property, the customer service here is incredibly deficient and entirely subpar. If you want a hotel that values your comfort and honors what you paid for, I suggest booking elsewhere.
