父が体調崩し朝食が食べられず部屋になにか持ってきてほしいと言われ朝食会場でお願いしたところ断られました。衛生管理上のこととか。部屋で食べるのに。
朝食も以前に比べて陳腐になっており、価格に合っているのか疑問です。部屋のアメニティもビジネスホテル並。
がっかりしました。他のシティホテルでは朝食時間前にチェックアウトの時にはランチボックス対応等臨機応変にしてくれます。仙台の老舗にしてはかなりお粗末。
東京に帰る際の近くのインターは？との問い合わせにも答えられないフロント？その後お知らせしますとの返事でしたが、チェックアウトまでなにもなし。どんな教育なのか？

அற்புதம் Curious with the good reviews, I want to experience it. True enough, Sendai Kokusai Hotel is well deserved. They have local and foreign front desk staffs ensuring the best communication. The hotel building is not new but very well maintained. I had a minor issue with my room. A staff member checked it out and made the arrangement immediately. Really appreciated the swiftly settlement. Overall I enjoyed my stay very much. Will stay again in my future trips.

This is my second time in two years staying at the Kokusai Hotel in Sendai. The breakfast is one of the best in Japan, and a good reason to come back. The rooms are very clean and quiet. They tend to be on the smaller side, but are a good value for the price. It would be nice if the front desk staff spoke better English. Communications can be a challenge.

Room is big but outdated. It’s clean but it smelled like body odor. I called front desk about it but she told me to use the spray in the room. It didn’t help. Amenities is just okay, there’s a fridge in our room but it doesn’t really get cold. No laundry in the hotel so we hust used the laundymat nearby.Location is great. Not too far from the train station.

This hotel is amazing. Based on the room setup with the old school phone console with light switches, you can tell it's a little on the older side. The beds were large and comfortable, easily the most comfortable beds in my last dozen trips to Japan. The rooms were spacious as well. The breakfast buffet is pretty good, but it's not amazing. It's not located right by the station, but it's only 5-10 minute walk to the station. It's not the most affordable, so I would stay here again if I could find a deal.

I had to shorten the days of my stay at the hotel. The receptionist was kind enough to telephone Expedia (Japan) to sort out the mess, and in the end I was offered a very comfortable room (with the reservation I made plus upgrade fees). It turned into a very pleasant experience.
