Room is really nice. There was loud music coming from pool area in the afternoon that echoed up to the rooms where I was trying to get some pre-late night flight sleep, but i called down to reception and it was sorted immediately. Thankyou

Room was good (great AC) and clean.( some things are showing their age like the flooring. And decking around the pool.) Staff were great. Friendly and very helpful. My main complaint was the rationing of certain breakfast foods. The fresh/specialty coffees were limited to one per Person. Bacon one per person. Butter only given if requested. The food was good but very limited in variety with repeat menu every other day it seemed. Otherwise there was still a lot of value for the cost of staying there.

This is a great hotel, with access to ajoining resort. The hotel is a little tired, but still clean and modern. a great option if you want all the benefits of the resort next door on a friendly budget. The staff are great and the included buffet breakfast is fresh with many options. Most afternoons we had the pool to ourselves - if we wanted more fun we just went next door into the resort. If staying here go across the road to the Vietnamese Warung - it is the BEST food in Kuta - so bloody good and cheap!

This is our third stay and will definitely be back again. The location, size of hotel, the rooms and the pool area are just what we require. Staff are always friendly. Overall a good hotel
