This is a lovely hotel and a great value - room was very comfortable, delicious breakfast with a view, and friendly staff. Definitely recommend.

Our stay was wonderful from start to finish. The front desk team was warm, polite, and attentive, making check-in smooth and welcoming. Our room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. One of the highlights was enjoying breakfast at the rooftop restaurant—watching the sunrise over the Bosphorus was absolutely breathtaking. A fantastic experience overall!

We had a wonderful and memorable stay at the Artisan Hotel. The accommodations exceeded our expectations with a spacious room, comfortable bed, and flawlessly functioning air conditioning. The complimentary bottled water was a thoughtful touch, and room service was excellent throughout our visit What truly set this hotel apart was the exceptional staff service. Cengiz at the Front Desk and Ozan went far and above our expectations, making our stay feel like home. Our Istanbul vacation was split into two parts. We were rerturning to Istanbul after visiting Capdadpcia. We like the the Artisan so much so much that we decided rebook at the same hotel for our 2nd part. We left our heavy suticases and they were so kind to store all the sweets and chocolates we had purchased in their cold storage. Overall it was a great stay and I would highly reccomend Artisan in Istanbul.

We particularly enjoyed our daily conversations about life in Istanbul - their warmth and local insights added a personal dimension that transformed our visit from merely comfortable to genuinely memorable. I would highly recommend the Artisan Hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul. We're already looking forward to returning on our next trip to the city.
