Nice room with air conditioning, central location, my only downside was they wanted a 200,000 deposit for us to have a key each, I wasn’t keen on the breakfast choice.

Big rooms. Probably the best shower out of the 5 hotels I’ve stayed so far. Staff were fine. Breakfast was ok but as far away from British as you would expect. Aussie Bistro Down the road shows sports. My Wife used the Nail bar directly opposite and rated it.

Our overall experience has been alright not terrible however there are some areas that could have been better. Let start with the shower designed, it was quite odd where the shower was half covered and water was spilling everywhere. Going to the toilet was inconvenient because the toilet is connected to shower so the floor was always wet. The hot water was never consistent it would be hot and cold every 5 seconds. Laundry service was okay but upon proper examination, clothes were still soiled. I would give this service 3/5 but smelled good and wrinkles were taken care of. All in all, staffed are extremely helpful and friendly. They helped carried our luggage to our room and made sure we were taken care of.
