I’ve stayed at this hotel the last 4 times I visited Hong Kong. The place is getting a bit older and the air conditioning a bit louder. This is a small gem with a wonderful breakfast, a gym and a laundry room. The staff is always polite and sparkle high energy. There’s a free shuttle that takes you into Kowloon along the shopping routes. Hotel is in a mixed commercial and residential neighborhood.

Visited with my daughter on holidays, although the room was small the staff where very helpful, the room was very clean and it was a pleasant stay close to train station for easy access to everything , no complaints 👍👍

Everything and everyone was great! Just one thing.....the rooms are super small! I mean I knew once the square footage was listed but when sharing a room with 2 twin beds and there isn't enough space between the beds ...... might as well be sleeping together! You couldn't walk between the beds. Room service was very slow.

Very well maintained room and very helpful staff ready and willing to assist with anything as far as transportation or even help with directions. The property is not very conveniently located to any immediate cheaper forms of transportation like subway systems or bus stops, however taxis are usually outside waiting to take you anywhere you need.

5 star all the way! Staff spoke English and we're very helpful. . We were treated like valued guests and the concierge employees went above and beyond, treating us like vip guests.

Great service. Building a little on the older side but well maintained. We had a 1 bedroom for 2 adults and 2 kids. Small gym. Laundry machine in the building is a bonus. 8 min walk to Olympic station and shuttle bus is helpful. Grocery store and McDonald’s across the street. Many local food options near by. Taxi stand outside the building
