Wonderful! I had a great 3-night stay at the hotel. I appreciated the great service and modern facilities with a great view of KL's vibrant KLCC district. The hotel is walking distance to the Suria mall. The food was very good and I got a complimentary room upgrade. All facilities are spacious and spotless. Thank you Element hotel staff!

Staff were friendly & helpful. Hotel location was excellent. Kitchen was fairly basic. DIY laundry facilities could be improved with newer machines & rigorous cleaning.

The staff was excellent. Very attentive and helpful. Great breakfast buffet. A nice variety and great value. Special kudos to the coffee barista, he was simply the best.
