I had a booking in the hotel and when I reached there they told me that the room I booked was not available. They asked me to pay additionally for a different room. I have travelled so much and it was the first time I have encountered such situation. They made me wait until they sort out things. My suggestion for the hotel is to improve customer relation at front desk and hire employers who can atleast speak with a minimum of English language skills or use a translator.

தனிமை தங்குதல்

The hotel staff is super friendly. If you’re a light sleeper do not book a sea view room. I booked a sea view room and the staff kindly moved me to a city view room. The sea view rooms face the Main Street and the noise is awful. I’ve found that in general hotels on busy streets in Vietnam most have the noise which isn’t the hotels fault, it’s just the way it is with constant horn honking and loud traffic. Don’t miss the opportunity to use their swimming pool on the top floor… it’s very nice. I would definitely stay again!!!
