Location was great. Check in was smooth and quick. Room was clean, beds were comfortable, breakfast was decent. We enjoyed our time at this hotel and found it very convenient to take the bus and train. Night markets were close by too. The only feedback is that we wish the breakfast could be hot. The tray warmer should be used. Some cleaning needed for the walls and ceiling since there are dead little bugs are stuck to it. Other than that it was a great experience. We appreciated the free snacks and coffee too available all day too.

The location of hotel is good, walking distance to Liuhe night market, Formosa Boulevard Station and Cianjin Station. Room is clean, good breakfast varieties (change everyday). Good water pressure and seat bidet. Much above our expectations for a 3-star hotel.

the hotel staff are friendly and nice. the breakfast buffet is very good. the hotel room is nice but there is something in the bed that bitten us. the location is good near resto and subway. Overall we love our stay

The room is not sound proof. The sound from the air con unit and plumbing is terrible. Though ear plugs provided but still could have been better. Only single key provided and no security latch or eye viewer.
