Staff showed no empathy when asked about no internet connection in the room it never worked!!
Properly need renovation!! No safe box in the rooms, no fridge and coffee

The front desk staff did not want me to get the room I reserved, she tried to gave me a different room and charge to me an extra payment if I want the room I reserved, very bad experience.

There was no air conditioner nor fan. We stayed in May which is way hot. The room was like sauna even during the night when outside was so cool and flesh. My family including 2 kids could not sleep until 4 am because of the heat. We tried to sleep at 8pm!!!! We opened the door completely to get fresh air from outside, but we only got so many mosquitos. It was our first night we could not sleep. Terrible!
