Chose this hotel for the location and price. My room was tiny with no view. The afternoon/evening attendant brought me a fan when the air conditioning broke down which was repaired the next day. She was helpful providing bakery recommendations and ordering taxis.

I’ve stayed at the Opera Opal on many occasions when travelling for work. The location is good, with metro stations close by. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are comfortable with excellent beds, and are being gradually upgraded with new fixtures and fittings even though they are not outdated.

The room was clean and quiet, the bed very comfortable, and the staff consistently welcoming and helpful. A great choice for exploring Paris - I would happily stay here again.
