I had an excellent stay at Le Passage. The service was professional from start to finish, and the staff made the experience very pleasant. My room was spotless, and the housekeeping team did an outstanding job keeping everything clean, organized, and well maintained throughout my stay.
One thoughtful detail that really stood out to me was when I left a few pieces of clothing on the bed before going to breakfast. When I returned, the housekeeping staff had neatly folded my clothes and placed them in the closet. It was such a kind and unexpected gesture that showed their attention to detail and commitment to exceptional service.
I was also pleasantly surprised to find gluten-free pastries available at breakfast. As someone who is gluten intolerant, this was greatly appreciated and made my dining experience even more enjoyable, as it can be very challenging to find gluten-free options while traveling overseas. It was a wonderful touch that made me feel truly accommodated.
Another thoughtful amenity I appreciated was the complimentary coffee and tea service delivered to the room after breakfast. It was such a nice gesture and another example of the hotel’s excellent hospitality and attention to its guests.
The hotel is also just a few minutes from the airport, which made it incredibly convenient for my travels. If you’re looking for a clean, comfortable, and professionally managed hotel near the airport, I highly recommend Le Passage. I will definitely book here again!
