We had a pleasant stay overall. The hotel is in a great location, making it easy to get around, and we especially loved the pool and the amazing view from the pool area. We booked a Superior Room, which was comfortable and met our expectations. The housekeeping staff were excellent and serviced our room every day, keeping it clean and tidy throughout our stay. There were a few areas that could be improved. Calling reception early in the morning was difficult, as they answered the phone very late and we often had to call multiple times. Our TV remote also did not work, and although we informed reception, the issue was never resolved during our stay. The room had quite a bit of dust under the bed, and there also seemed to be dust coming from the air conditioning. The bathroom ventilation could also be improved. Overall, we enjoyed our stay because of the excellent location, beautiful pool, and hardworking housekeeping staff. However, better responsiveness from reception and improved room maintenance would make the experience much better.

Perfect for Everything

Spent the weekend here and appreciated the room size compared to others within the same area and budget. The location is not bad, lots of restaurants and the MRT is about 10 minutes walk away. The hotel itself was nice, we were very comfortable. Breakfast was alright, though we expected a bit more variety for the price. Overall a nice stay and we enjoyed ourselves.

Location was perfect for us. The pool was great. We were so jet lagged the first day and spent most of time at the pool relaxing.

Very good experience room clean big and lovely bed. Unfortunately the pool was not open for one of the days there otherwise great pool large I couldn’t swim due to an injury but partner loved it

We absolutely loved our stay at the Park Royal, the room was spacious despite sharing with our 13 years old and infant. The whole place was very clean and pool/gym area very good. Our only criticism would be a lack of sun loungers in the pool area, there are very few for such a large hotel, though this did not impact our stay too much we were happy to wait Breakfast was great and plentiful, always stocked no matter what time you went down and staff very cheerful and eager to help. We loved our stay and it was the Percy way to start our first holiday with our new baby.

Staff was wonderful, especially "uncle Joseph" at the Club Lounge who took really good care of me; the other employees of the lounge/Club level guest services were also very kind. Buffet breakfast is diversified and enjoyable. The room was spacious and well-appointed, but I would suggest to install a desk and comfortable chairs instead of the weird sofa/couch and heavy table, not practical for working on the computer. Bathroom was nice, with a stand-alone shower. Not a fan of the "rain shower head", but there was also a handheld shower head, which was really useful. I stayed at the same hotel in 2022, and nothing has changed, so maybe it is time for a facelift! Despite of the somewhat dated decor, everything is well-cared for and in good condition. Went for a massage, fine but not as good as the ones I had 4 years ago; was it because of the promotional price? The location is very central; I was in Singapore for a conference at the Marina Bay Convention Center and it was a 5-6 minutes ride from the hotel. This hotel is a solid 4-star, not luxurious, but very well appointed, and the personnel is very attentive to the guests' needs, which is not always the case....The only difficulty was related to my early arrival at the hotel. I phoned to inform in advance of my early arrival (around 6h30 am). When I arrived, I was told that I need to pay $150SGD to have an early access to a room, which I refused. I got my room at 11:30am, and sleep was welcome after traveling 30 hours.
