Beautiful hotel in a serene location with an onsen and close to câble car. The shuttle driver got out bags from Gora station and so we can start exploring before 3p check in. Same for when we checked out and they delivered our bags at the Gora station. Such awesome service. Fine dining and we love the open bar at happy hour. Wow!

Great location!! Loved the view and ambience. The onsen hot bath was a wonderful experience. The rooms and amenities were clean. Loved our stay, we really wished we should have booked our stay for couple more days!!

அருமை onsen was very nice. the breakfest was western style and not buffet. the parking is free and can fit a large car. the building is very old but it is kept very clean it is very nice. they also had a good TV that offered netflix which is hard to find. we also got a massage, and it was fantastic.

அற்புதம் The breakfast and dinner was very good. Make sure that you sign up or they won't feed you! Also no transportation on Sunday except the train at Gora.

Happy hour bar is good . Absolutely need hotel shuttle to get to town station because the hills are steep.

அற்புதம் Staff was amazing. Location was a hike and that’s on Expedia for not say free hotel transfer. Onsen was breath taking. Had dinner at the Gora brewery and it’s not brewery food. They collab with Nobu and it was great. Beer ehhhh! All in all-AMAZING!
