I had a wonderful stay at this property. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well-maintained throughout my visit. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with any questions. Breakfast was fresh, delicious, and offered a good variety of options each morning. The laundry facilities were convenient and easy to use, which made my stay even more comfortable. The location was great, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing and enjoyable. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and hassle-free stay. I would definitely stay here again in the future.

அருமை Lovely hotel,well located in business district near subway. Good size rooms, nice features like gym and laundromat.
Needs room service option and restaurant menu is a bit pretentious for the class of hotel.

The room was so beautiful. I love the way they laid out the pajamas on the bed ready for you to wear. The staff were incredibly helpful. I love the breakfast buffet downstairs. We also loved the Luz leaf tea at the bar. We love doing that every night. There was a laundry room on the floor where we were staying on the 21st floor. The staff were very polite.

Clean comfortable room, but small. It would be ok if only 1 suitcase but always looked cluttered with all our luggage. Had lounge access, but it's not open long enough so we weren't able to use it if we were out on an evening. Breakfast in the club lounge was good with plenty of choices but they were slow to replace items
