Front desk are always so pleasant, the room was extremely clean, bed was quite comfortable and the little seating area is a nice plus. You can’t beat the location. The attached restaurant has a great menu and the staff are attentive and friendly. I have stayed here a couple of times now and wouldn’t hesitate to go back, and highly recommend.

The hotel was fantastic throughout, from check in, to my lunch, to my room's cleanliness and suitability, to the sauna and steam room. I highly recommend this hotel.

Hotel very clean and well maintained. room very comfortable. We were extremely surprised and disappointed however that a 4star hotel did not have tea and coffee making facilities in the rooms. Tea and coffee is available in the restaurant/cafe, obviously at a cost, on top of a pricey room only booking (in excess of £500 for 3 nights). We happily paid this, however felt we were denied the choice of having a hot drink on rising.

Everything about the hotel was great, apart from the fact that it was the most uncomfortable bed I’ve slept in for years.
