had a good stay at Seda Central Bloc Cebu. The staff was consistently friendly, welcoming, and professional, and the manager was very understanding and helpful. I stayed in one of the apartment-style rooms, which was spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped. Having a stacked washer and dryer in the room was a great convenience, especially for a longer stay. The pool and gym were serviceable and nice to have available during my stay. There are a couple of areas that could be improved. The breakfast was okay but could use more variety and better overall quality. Also, because the hotel is located in the heart of IT Park, you should expect city noise. Even on a higher floor, I could hear traffic, and on some nights, nearby karaoke. Overall, if you’re looking for a hotel in a convenient, walkable location with plenty of restaurants, cafés, and shops nearby, Seda Central Bloc is a solid choice. Just be prepared for the sounds of city life.

Coming into Cebu from a very long flight, it was nice to see such a beautiful and clean hotel. The staff always had a smile on their faces, and just super helpful. We fell in love with the breakfast buffet and all the delicious Filipino treats I have forgotten about but got my kids to try. Again, thank you Seda!

We had a wonderful stay at Seda IT Park Cebu. The hospitality was excellent, and the staff made us feel very welcome. We loved our one-bedroom room with a kitchenette and a separate living room. It was perfect for our family with kids. Having a washing machine in the room was very helpful and made our stay much easier. The breakfast buffet was also amazing. There were many choices, and my girls loved it so much! It was one of their favorite parts of our stay. We will definitely come back again!

Stayed at the Seda while in Cebu and I loved it. Very clean and well maintained, the breakfast buffet was some of the best food I had in Cebu with multiple options for non pork eaters like myself. Conveniently located in the IT district, a lot of surrounding late night businesses and direct access to the mall.
