Clean room friendly staff great breakfast. Very happy with room and comparing to the last 2 Surestay we stayed at, the room and surrounds was this one is the best.

Didn’t use the laundry. The bed was not made properly and was stained. The bathroom floor was not clean but in Kalgoorlie it is not easy to keep floors clean. The bath mat we used when showering was dirty underneath when we picked it up to hang on the rail. Hot water supply was not good and rarely lasted more than a minute or two. Air conditioner worked well. The staff in reception were mostly helpful and the restaurant staff were very good.

Room was neat and tidy. Maybe a little heavy on the deodorant cleaning spray? Breakfast was a nice bonus - good selection of cereals, fruits, spreads, etc.

Over all a good stay however with the shower over the bath in my room i was surprised there was no hand rail to help get into the bath for a shower. Also just as well i took a long power cord as all the power points were on the other side of the room to the bed head.
