The hotel was super as usual.
The menu in the restaurant however was limited. I would have liked to see a cold option in this heat wave.
I did have to phone down to reception at 01:30 due to a party going on in a room next door. It was however dealt with swiftly and this was outwith the hotels control.
Room was clean, good selection of tea's in the room with nice biscuits and hot chocolate too.
Staff were professional and helpful.

அற்புதம் The hotel and gardens are beautiful!
There is a sense of opulence as you drive up to the hotel.
Some of the rooms are under going refurbishment, we were upgraded as were our travelling companions.
Lovely bedding with good quality pillows made for a very comfortable nights sleep.
There is a swimming pool, spa and saunas a very short walk from the hotel within the property which was a very lovely way to end the evening.

Very nice place to stay ! Enjoy our couple off days , only problem was there was work getting done which was a pain but all in aas very nice place to stay!

Beautiful building in a prime location. Pool is a short walk from the hotel. Food choices could be better but quality excellent.

Apex is a beautiful hotel with some of the best people in hospitality. They ensured that our experience was wonderful. In particular we travelled a distance but got there early. The Front Desk receptionist was, nevertheless, able to get us in a room. It was so appreciated! And the experience only got better. I highly recommend.

I understand Apex have just recently taken this property over. Extremely disappointed to be honest. The soundproofing throughout is terrible, didn’t get much sleep due to an ongoing wedding taking place, I used to love coming here when Hilton had it, can’t see me returning, rooms feel dated and in need of work, I was in room 235, windows rotten and due to the interconnected rooms, I could hear every conversation from the room next door, from the outside hotel looks lovely but that’s where it ends unfortunately.

The hotel is undergoing huge refurbishment with some working noise between 8am and 4.30pm. There was a problem with dust setting off the fire alarm, repeatedly. However, the duty manager handled the disruption very well. The breakfast was very good, the refitted bedroom was a high standard. All the staff were friendly and keen to please. The Dunblane Hydro will be epic when the work is completed.
