The room is really clean and I really appreciated that. I did find it odd that during the day when I had come back to my hotel room to rest that the AC system has been removed from the wall for cleaning. I had not been notified that that would be happening. I would’ve appreciated a heads up. Luckily, I was able to rest a little before they came back to finish cleaning and reinstalling the unit.

Cockroach infested. Probably with market value, a $40/night accommodations. But they charge way more than that

Amazing customer service the only down to my stay there is no microwave in the room but other than that it's a really nice place to stay 😀 😊

Farmers branch itself is a beautiful city. This motel is right by a bunch of roadworks so be prepared for that. Other than that, the towels were very tiny but the tub was appreciated. They also be sure you have a parking pass, so that's good. Check in was quick and easy. Will definitely stay there again when im in town.

Room 109 had a bad smell in it the matters was was sunken in from prior room rentals & the matters was hard You would think the property manager would pay close attention to a horrible smelling room with a worn out mattress before renting it out, It showed me that the property manager has bigger concerns about renting a room under horrible conditions As opposed to accommodate patriot with a clean tidy room

Roaches bugs doors wouldnt completely close building looked so ghetto from the inside torn out walls that were repaired unprofessional
